UPDATE: Nigerian Publisher Arrested For Investigating Federal Parastatal DG
The Nigerian police have confirmed that they arrested Oludare Fase, the publisher of African Examiner, over an investigative story he was working on.
Global Village Extra had reported a few hours ago that the man was arrested for trying to do an investigative story regarding one Reuben Jigah, a former DFA in one of the Federal parastatals.
It was gathered that he called Jigah to seek his response in a story his medium is investigating, Jogah said he’ll call him back and instead, gave his number to SARS.
